When you use this website and the goods and services offered within and through this website, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Service Providers
Premier Bus Singapore and its parent company collaborate with a select group of service providers to offer and provide goods and services to you and other customers. When you confirm your booking, Premier Bus Singapore will facilitate the establishment of the agreement and/or contract between you and the service provider for the sale of goods and services from the service provider to you as the customer.
Quotations and Bookings
We will readily provide you with quotations for the goods and services that you require. Unless otherwise stated, such quotations will be inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), if any.
To confirm your booking, you agree to pay to the service provider a deposit of 15% (or more as required by the service provider) of the total value of the goods and services you are purchasing. Premier Bus Singapore will facilitate the confirmation of your booking by collecting the required deposit from you on behalf of the service provider.
Booking Modifications
If you need to make a modification to your confirmed booking, you agree to pay a administrative fee (for when the total value of your booking is reduced due to the modification) or additional deposit (for when the total value of your booking is increased due to the modification. The administrative fee will be equal to 10% of the original total value of the goods and services for your confirmed booking. The additional deposit will be 15% (or more as required by the service provider) of the difference between the total values of the goods and services for your original and modified booking.
Booking Cancellations
If you cancel your booking or terminate your agreement with the service provider less than 3 months before the delivery of the goods and services for your confirmed booking, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit paid for your confirmed booking. For cancellation or terminations more than 3 months before the delivery of the goods and services for your confirmed booking, you agree to pay a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the deposit paid for your confirmed booking.
The service provider may, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the unavailability of the vehicle or driver, cancel any booking or agreement without any liability whatsoever except to refund to you any deposit you have paid in advance for the confirmed booking. This is provided, however, that the termination was not caused by or in any way attributable to any breach by you for any of these terms and conditions. In the event of such a cancellation by the service provider, Premier Bus Singapore will attempt to source for a suitable replacement service provider for your previously confirmed booking. If a replacement service provider is available, Premier Bus Singapore will facilitate the confirmation of your booking with the new service provider and the establishment of the agreement/contract between you and the new service provider.
